- book size (typical sizes include 5.5 x 8.5, 6 x 9, 7 x 10, and 8.5 x 11 inches)
- color or black and white printing
- matte or glossy paper
- paperback or hard cover (hardcover options include stamped cover with a dust jacket or text-book style with a laminated image)
- binding styles (perfect binding, saddle stitch, plastic comb, or wire binding)
Please note: The least expensive print options are black-and-white printing, 5.5 inch x 8.5 inch format, paperback binding, with 200 book pages or less.
